As opposed to custom designs, which involve a process of designing the setting, selecting a centre stone and a production period of 4-6 weeks, a ready-to-ship ring has already been crafted and is available for immediate purchase. At Cullen, every engagement ring, including all of our ready-to-ship engagement rings, is a design handcrafted in our Melbourne workshop by our in-house jewellers. While our stock rings are completed pieces available for purchase, a complimentary resizing service ensures a perfect fit.

Absolutely. For ready-to-ship rings, we offer one complimentary resize, after the initial resize, within the first 12 months of receiving your ring. Simply head to our website, select ‘Book Appointment’ in the top right corner, choose your location, and proceed with the ‘Drop Off - Resize/Repair’ option. Please note that not all styles can be resized, and after the first resize, the resizing range is often reduced.

All orders placed within Canada over $500 AUD are eligible for free express shipping. Once your ready-to-ship ring has been resized, it will be delivered within 7 business days.
